Please be prepared! Our jams were made in season, with in season organic produce. When an item is gone it will not be available again until next season. If you would like a custom order for multiple in season jams, please contact as early in the season as possible. Custom made jams in quality have to be done in season as well. If you are unsure of the season you need to get that order in, please contact me, I'd be more then happy to fill you in on how our produce calender here in NC runs for harvests. Thank you so much!
