**Return/Exchange Policy**
As our shoes are made to order specifically for your little one, we will NOT accept returns for refunds. However, if the item is damaged or defective in anyway due to Bitsy Blossom's error you may return the item and receive a full refund (less shipping cost and rush order fees). Beacause our shoes are made to order we do not have shoes in stock. This is why it is important for proper measuring before placing your order.

If you need a different size, we will be happy to make the exchange which will include a $10 fee per pair. In addition the item must be returned in its ORIGINAL state and packaging. If we feel that they are NOT in a sellable state, we will not accept them for exchange or return. Please know that you will be responsible for the shipping charges for the return.
