Once again, it is that time of year where the weather is getting colder and we are all starting to bundle up when we go outside – so why not warm our hearts and our heads by purchasing a hat or two and helping out a great cause at the same time!! So right now, through the end February of 2013, I am offering my own special “Hats for Hospice” program!! Through this program, I will be donating 15% of the all the sales of hats and hat related items from my Etsy shop “B’Izzie Lizzie Boutique” to the Community Health Professionals Hospice Program.

Community Health Professionals, Inc. (CHP) is a freestanding, community-based nonprofit home health and hospice organization serving 15 rural counties in northwest and west central Ohio. CHP delivers a complete range of home health care, hospice and related services, including skilled home health care, in-home and inpatient hospice, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and private duty home care.
