Welcome to BLACK BROOK SHOP!

In my shop you will find a wide selection of beautiful glass, polymer clay, gemstone and lampwork jewelry creations along with decoupage and hand painted boxes of all shapes and sizes. I love creating holiday and novelty items so you will see many scattered about my shop!

Please visit my TIME AND AGAIN WATCHES section featuring a large assortment of watch bands and watch faces available in many sizes and styles - the possibilities are endless!

The AWARENESS section of my shop currently offers Pink Ribbon and March of Dimes items. A charitable donation is made for every item sold from this section. I will be adding more and more causes to this section in an effort to raise awareness and donations.

And please don't skip over my ever changing and expanding ODDS AND ENDS section where you never know what you will find!

All of my items ship USPS First Class. Insurance is provided on orders of $50.00 or more within the United States. International orders are welcome. Insurance on international orders will be provided ONLY if requested AND available (see my shop policies for more details on shipping).

A PARTIAL REFUND OF SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE MADE THROUGH PAYPAL IF THE ACTUAL SHIPPING DIFFERS BY $2.00 OR MORE FROM WHAT WAS CHARGED ON THE INVOICE (UNITED STATES AND INTERNATIONAL).

If there are any problems with your order please let me know as soon as possible so I may make it better quickly. I offer a money back guarantee and would appreciate the opportunity to correct any issues before you leave feedback.

Payment

I accept PayPal only. Payment must be made within 3 days or I reserve the right to cancel the sale.

Please note that you may pay with your credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account. At checkout select "Pay with PayPal" and when you get to PayPal click Continue next to a small form that says "Don't have a PayPal account? Pay with your credit card or bank account".

Shipping

SHIPPING WITHIN UNITED STATES -
All jewelry items are shipped USPS First Class in a padded envelope.

All keepsake boxes will be shipped USPS First Class. Keepsake boxes will be packed with either bubble wrap, packing peanuts or packing paper depending on size and shape of shipping box for protection.

Insurance is provided on all orders of $50.00 or more.

Most purchases will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days of your payment. First Class usually delivers in 3 to 5 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -
All jewelry items are shipped USPS First Class in a padded envelope.

All keepsake boxes will be shipped USPS First Class. Keepsake boxes will be packed with either bubble wrap, packing peanuts or packing paper depending on size and shape of shipping box for protection.

Insurance is not provided on any international shipping orders unless requested. Please let me know if you would like to purchase insurance on your order.
(The cost of international insurance will be based upon the current USPS international insurance rates at the time of shipment. Please note that insurance may not be available to all countries.)

International buyers will also be responsible for any possible additional taxes with customs relevant to their country.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will be happy to accept back any item within 7 days if you are unhappy with your purchase and send you a full refund minus the shipping charges. Please let me know as soon as possible if you will be returning an item.

Please note that I do take requests for custom orders. My inventory is ever-changing and most pieces are one-of-a-kind and will not be reproduced.

If you would like your purchase mailed to another address as a gift, I would be happy to do and send it gift wrapped too.
