BlackInkBlock

Welcome to BlackInkBlock! The block is a linoleum block and the black ink is an oil-based block-printing ink. All the designs here are sketched, transferred to linoleum block, cut, inked and printed by hand. It's a time-consuming process, but it's fun! I sometimes add watercolor or ink washes as well. Each print is signed and unique and is therefore sold as a separate piece--so what you see in the picture is what you'll get! Cards are printed on Fabriano card stock, a beautiful, heavy paper that holds up to handling. They measure 6.75 by 4.5 inches. All cards are blank, ready for your own sentiments. Each comes with a matching envelope.
