Welcome to the shop of BluMountainWoodworks.
Payment accepted via PayPal, money order, or personal check.
Checks are required to clear your banking institution before shipment of product.
If you choose to pay with a money order, please contact me prior, to make sure you have my correct name and address.
We ship via USPS First Class mail using the address provided through PayPal as a general rule. All orders within the US will be provided with a tracking number. Unfortunately orders outside the US do not carry tracking numbers.
Larger / heavier items will sometimes be shipped Parcel Post (UPS / FedEx ground) and the cost for this shipping is included in the shipping costs that are posted with the item. (UPS & FedEx WILL NOT ship to a PO Box)
USPS Priority Mail and / or additional insurance is available upon request as well as Overnight shipping for the additional fees. Please contact us for more questions.
NOTE: SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US is taking upwards of 3 weeks (more typical is 2 weeks) due to some extra security border/customs
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to have a good experience, and want you to be happy with your order, and will do what it takes (within reason) to make that happen. If you are not completely happy with your product, we can make a full refund minus the shipping costs.
All refunds/exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. Please convey to me before leaving feedback if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. When we do refund or replace an item, again, the shipping is at the buyers expense.
