My prices are generally listed in USD but you can set Etsy to show you your currency and automatically covert prices for you. Options for payment:
~Paypal -- using your Paypal money in your account, or you can use your credit card on PayPal even without a Paypal account, (see notes below on easy steps to do this**)
~Etsy Gift Cards
~Etsy Direct Checkout, which offers buyers the option to pay by credit card, debit card, or Etsy Gift Card.
If you pay through PayPal or Etsy Direct Checkout, they will provide automatic currency conversion for you if your currency is different than USD.
Credit Cards can be used in Etsy Direct Checkout or Paypal.
**Paypal processing credit cards:
If you decide that you would prefer using Paypal, choose the PayPal option in checkout. PayPal is a third party credit card processor that keeps all of your transaction information secure.
Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, however no PayPal account is required. To pay by credit card, please follow the steps below or go to this link:
1. Click "Pay with PayPal" at the end of the checkout process.
2. Now you are at PayPal. Click "Continue" to pay with a credit card if you don't have a PayPal account.
3. Enter your credit card and personal info. Click "Review Order and Continue."
4. Review your order. If everything is correct, Click "Pay (dollar amount) Now."
If you are having any issues with Paypal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will always assist you in anyway that I can.
Please pay for your order at time of checkout. If payment is not received as is stated in Etsy’s policy the order will be cancelled and the item(s) relisted. Payment must be received before I can make or ship an order.

Items are shipped beautifully wrapped in vanilla tissue paper and rafia, placed inside a sturdy shipping gift box.

Yes I can mail rush orders, simply convo me BEFORE ordering and I'll adjust the shipping on your item before you order.
All items are shipped "gift ready". Let me know in the "message to seller" if this is a gift and you would like me to include a gift card and small note to your loved one from you (there is no extra charge for the gift card and note).
I ship worldwide using Canada Post. Made to Order items require making time, which is listed with each item. Ready to Shop items will go out within three weekdays of receiving payment, and I will notify you as soon as it has been shipped. Sadly I cannot control if items are lost or damaged by the postal service, but they are insured and I always pack all items carefully, track their progress diligently, and I will of course work to resolve any mailing difficulties within my means.
All items are shipped to Canadian buyers includes a postal Tracking number and $100 insurance. I will send you your tracking number so you can track your little bundle as it makes its way to you.
US orders include tracking number and are always insured for $100, and should arrive in less than 2 weeks but the exact date is not guaranteed with this shipping method. If you would like to upgrage to Expedited rush shipping with a guaranteed delivery date, please let me know before ordering. Expedited costs to the US are between $20-$30 if you are in a rush. Simply convo before your purchase and I will adjust the shipping amount on the item you wish to buy.
Hello! Your $10 shipping will take approximately 2 weeks, no tracking number. If you require a tracking number please contact me before ordering and I will give you exact rates for shipping to your country.
Customs fees and/or Duties are taxes imposed on international purchases by your government; as such you are legally responsible for paying any customs fees or duties on your imported purchase. It is against the law for me to falsify purchase amounts on customs forms, and I cannot call it a 'gift'.
I combine shipping on multiple purchases. My shipping costs included a small fee for shipping materials and shipping estimates/insurance/tracking from Canada Post. If your shipping cost is significantly lower I will certainly refund you the difference over Paypal. International buyers--please convo me if you do not see your country listed and I will happily send you a quote!
If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let me know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify me and I cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment I will ship the item to the address furnished during Etsy checkout.
Refunds and Exchanges
I always want you to be happy with your accessory from me, and so I am flexible with returns as I know buying online can be difficult, but each return is handled on a case by case basis.
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on custom designed items or custom sizes, but I always do my best to ensure alot of communication throughout the custom process so that I understand exactly what you want, and you know what to expect from the design.
Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar (a sturdy shipping box with internal padding) and must please be mailed with Delivery Confirmation or Tracking numbers. Shipping costs for returns as the buyer's responsibility.
The purchase price (minus shipping) will be refunded in the manner it was paid upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition.

-Non-Payment, Change of Mind-
If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let me know and I will cancel the transaction. I will NOT leave negative feedback for cancelled transactions.
If you are having issues with Paypal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will work with you to accommodate your needs.
I leave feedback in batches after items have shipped. I endeavor to leave feedback once a week. If you are happy with your purchase, please feel free to leave positive feedback for me and let me know!
