Just a reminder, the United States Postal Service raised postage rates on January 27, 2013. USA postage went up some, but unfortunately, overseas postage went up about 100% or more. For example, a 3 ounce package to the U.K. increased from $4.56 to $8.88, and a 3 ounce package to Canada increased from $3.30 to $6.91. An 8 ounce package to the U.K. went up from $8.46 to $11.48, and an 8 ounce package to Canada went up from $4.05 to $7.70. If postage is significantly less than what you paid, I will send you a refund via PayPal.

For overseas orders, insurance and tracking is often not available, but if it is and you request that, shipping will be significantly higher because those cost 2 or 3 times more than regular postage.
Refunds may or may not be given, depending on the circumstances.
