Frequently asked questions

Do you do custom orders?

I love to do custom orders when I am able to accommodate them. Please feel free to contact me with any inquiries.

How long does it take you to get a scarf shipped out.

I almost always get orders shipped out the very next day. On a rare occasion it may take an additional day, however I always strive for next day shipping.

Care instructions

You can wash your silk scarf by hand, in a bath of cool to warm water, using a mild soap or shampoo. A small amount of fabric softener may be used in the rinse water occasionally, to restore softness. After rinsing, you can pat dry in a soft towel to remove excess water, then iron while still damp, on silk (low-medium) heat setting. If your scarf contains any painted on designs, use a cover cloth if possible or iron on the wrong (back) side of the scarf. Ironing is the best way to bring out the depth of color and the sheen of your silk scarf, however you can skip this step if you prefer. You can let your scarf air dry by hanging it up, laying it flat, or even twisting it up (to let dry in that position) for a crinkled effect.
