We offer Paypal and direct credit card payment at this time. We usually ship within 3 working days so if you wanted to cancel an order please let us know asap after placing your order as refunds will not be possible after the items are shipped

We ship packages within the U.K via Royal Mail 1st Class Parcels, and Internationally using Royal Mail International Small Parcels using recycled packing materials whenever possible.

Because we have to estimate your shipping cost, the actual cost may be lower, in which case we will refund anything over £1 (or equivalent in other currencies)

Please contact us prior to purchasing if you would like to fully insure/track your package as this doesn't come as standard with our normal shipping methods.

Our standard shipping is International Small Parcels via Royal Mail which is far more economical and we have had good luck with it so far, but this method is used at your risk. We cannot be held responsible for a package once it leaves the U.K. if there is no tracking provided. We cannot be held responsible for lost international packages. Please note that you may be asked by your respective country to pay customs fees. Each country is different in this regard, and you are responsible for these fees.
