Payment

Turnaround time is usually less than one week but can be up to two weeks. Please contact me before purchase if you need a rush order and we will discuss my availability.

Refunds will not be given for lost or stolen packages. Expedited shipping, insurance, and additional services are available upon request.

U. S. O R D E R S
All items are shipped via First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Orders are shipped within 7 business days. Orders should arrive within 7 business days from ship date.

All orders are shipped via First Class International Mail. Orders are shipped within 7 business days. Orders may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive, from ship date, depending on your location and customs regulations. Duties and import taxes are your responsibility.

No refunds or exchanges will be given unless you have a defective item. My descriptions are accurate and detailed. Please read carefully before purchasing. I invest a lot of time and effort into each item I make, so please have some courtesy and invest time and effort into your purchase.

TECHNIQUE & CARE
I invest a lot of time and care into my laminated items to ensure that they are sealed properly. I examine each item before sending it out. Small air bubbles are natural and unavoidable. As with any laminated item, they should not be left in extreme heat or cold.
