CURRENT SHIP TIMES: Approximately 3 to 5 weeks from the date of purchase! If you need it sooner than that just message us ahead of time and we'll let you know if we can accommodate your rush request and if a rush fee might be applied as well. I do the best I possibly can at updating customers when we are running behind schedule, but the best way for me to let a large number of customers know is through our Etsy Shop Announcements page and our Bosheree Facebook. So check those places if you are ever worried about where your order might be. Just keep in mind that we are a family owned & operated business (husband & wife team), and with the volume of orders we receive at times we can get easily overwhelmed with messages but I promise I respond to them as quickly as possible! I strive to maintain top quality customer service and we value your business so very much! Even though we had shipping delays last year (2012), before my husband took over the production end for me FULL TIME (November 2012), we never took a customer's payment without producing their order! We love what we do and we create our signs with our hands and don't have machines that do everything for us!
