My jewellery is handmade so there will be slight irregularities and variations from the photos. This is not a fault but adds to the rustic charm of a genuine handmade piece of jewellery. All my jewellery is made from solid sterling silver unless otherwise stated.
RING SIZES
The only way to be sure about your ring size is to have your finger measured by a jeweller and to try on rings with a similar band width to the one you are planning to order.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU ORDER THE CORRECT RING SIZE as I cannot be responsible if you order an incorrect ring size.
I make my rings in US and UK sizes. If your size has been measured in another scale eg centimetres, please have your size converted into a US or UK size for ordering - this will ensure an accurate size.
PHOTOGRAPHS
The photos in my listings have been taken close up to allow you to see the detail, please refer to the measurements given in the listings for the actual size of items.
There are variations in the colours of gemstones, pearls and glass/resin pieces. The photos are a guide, but exact colours may vary according to light conditions (colours will appear brighter in sunlight than on a dull day) and variations in computer screens.
Jewellery is shipped in a jewellery gift box ready to give as a gift or as a treat to yourself!
If you would like me to ship an item of jewellery to someone as a gift from you, I can do this and will include a small note with your choice of message. Please let me know the recipients name & address and which message you would like.

Additional policies and FAQs
All sterling silver will tarnish over time, but items can easily be restored to a shiny finish by using a silver cleaning cloth or jewellery cleaning product (always follow directions!).
The best way to prevent silver jewellery from tarnishing is to keep each piece (when not being worn) in a grip seal poly bag with the air squeezed out! Exposure to air (oxygen) is what causes the copper in sterling silver to oxidise and turn black.
Extra care should be taken with pearls - they should only be cleaned using a soft cloth (and a mild soap and lukewarm water solution) if required. Never clean pearls in an ultrasonic cleaner or with a jewellery cleaning dip as this will damage the lustre.
Jewellery should be removed before showering and swimming and you should avoid letting your jewellery coming into contact with chemicals such as perfume and hairspray and handcreams.
Jewellery should be removed before going to bed and rings should be removed before doing housework, DIY, gardening etc.
