Jewelry Care: please do not tug on, spray perfume on or improperly store your jewelry. Tugging on your piece may weaken components or bend wire. Perfume may cause your piece to tarnish. Please store your piece properly to prevent breakage or misplacement.
I accept PayPal. PayPal is a trusted and very secure way to pay. Due to prior incidents, I no longer accept personal cheques. If you'd like to pay in a way other than PayPal, please convo me and we can work something out.
For purchases over $40.00, I offer a layaway plan. Please convo me if you are interested in placing an item on layaway. The basics of the plan are: 25% non-refundable deposit. The deposit may be transferred to another item within 48 hours, after that the deposit becomes non-transferable. The balance may be paid off in percentages either every two weeks or monthly, with a maximum layaway period of 2 months. There is an administrative fee of $6.50 levied on every layaway item. Therefore if you have three items on layaway, the admin. fee would be $19.50. The layaway plan applies to both items in shop and upon custom creations.
I no longer do Rush orders
Please Pay for your items within 48 hours or risk cancellation of the order. I may make exceptions on a case by case basis - please convo me with any such requests.
I will ship all orders by regular mail within 2 business days of receiving payment. For custom orders a shipping time frame will be negotiated on a case by case basis, as I need time to create the item. I ship items in mailers and boxes, packaged to protect, with Canada Post. Parcels worth 100$ and under are automatically insured. Additional insurance can be purchased at an extra cost of $1.45/additional 100$ of value. Please convo me or leave a note in the message to seller with any such requests. If you require a shipping upgrade you must let me know before the purchase is complete, so that I may revise the price. You will be advised of the extra cost and be given the opportunity to approve such costs.
No items will ship until payment clears. I will notify you by Etsy convo once your item has been shipped.
Additionally, any duty or import taxes charged to worldwide customers is the responsibility of the customer. Be aware that tax may be charged by customs officials and is usually payable upon receipt of the item. Some packages may be delayed by customs officials. This is at the discretion of the customs office and is entirely out of my hands. The post office charges an extra fee to guarantee that a parcel will move through customs fast. If you think you might need this option, please convo me and I can advise you of the fee based on the size of the item.
In addition, local buyers may schedule a pick-up to save on shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send me a message and arrangements can be worked out. I cannot fix a problem that I'm not aware of, and I want my customers to be happy with their purchases! My basic policies are outlined, however certain situations may be assessed on a case by case basis.
I generally don't accept returns. All sales are final and non-refundable except in extreme cases.
I will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail, as all times will be packaged to protect.
Due to By-laws, I cannot accept returns of exchanges of earrings, therefore all earring sales are final.
Shipping is non-refundable in all cases.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I welcome custom orders! I specialize in custom bridal jewelry. Please contact me to see my lookbook or regarding specifications, including materials, budget, time-frame etc. Please order your jewelry well in advance of your deadline (say in the case of bridal jewelry), as production times can depend heavily on availability of materials. A good rule of thumb is order 3-4 weeks in advance. Rush orders can be completed at an extra cost.
Please advise me of any options you need in a convo before purchase, or if directed, in the message to seller upon checkout. I am not a mind-reader and I cannot accommodate any special requests that I am not aware of!
