Our sizing is as follows for our standard flip flops:
Ladies: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10,11
Children: 8/9, 10/11, 12/13, 1/2, 3/4 (same as a ladies 6)
If you are a half size, you will probably get the best fit from ordering up to the next size, since they come only in whole sizes. Please keep in mind that there is a re-sizing fee if you would like to send them back for a different size.
**Most of our flat flip flops now have our Designs by Crissi logo printed on the base of the flip flop.
ALL SIZING IS IN USA SIZES. If you ordered in the incorrect/ foreign size, please notify us immediately so your order can be changed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- we ship US first class mail, which can take 2 -5 weeks to arrive, depending on location (plus the 7 day processing time). If you need them more quickly, adding a rush or upgrading to priority shipping (10 business days) is recommended. Please contact bowflipflops [!at] gmail.com with your order number to add this to your order or for upgrade shipping costs.
CUSTOMS FEE for orders outside USA: You may incur a customs fee , the exact cost will depend on the country you are ordering from and the cost of the order. Please understand that our shipping costs do not cover customs fees. Please check with your country's customs department for information.
Please keep in mind that every item in our shop is 100% hand made in the Bow Flip Flops studio. As with all hand made items, they are not 100% perfect as with an item manufactured by machines. We always strive to be very meticulous with craftsmanship but there may be signs that your item is made by hand. A spot of glue here or can happen, since that is what is used to adhere bows and ribbons to your beautiful flip flops. Please keep this in mind and remember that hand made items are unique and one of a kind and made with love! By purchasing your flip flops, you are agreeing to the Bow Flip Flops policies stated in this receipt and on the policies page.
We do not accept returns/ refunds on any item in our shop. We custom design and make every product for each order, so please keep in mind the time it takes up to design, make and ship out your order. If there is an problem or issues with the size you chose, Bridal Flip Flops will work with you to see if there is a solution or change that can be made. There is a size exchange fee, and other fees may be applicable, depending on the changes made to the flip flop.

Most of our sales are custom orders, so please feel free to browse all of our designs. You can purchase any of the items in our shop (as many of them as you need) or contact us to make any changes to the design or to create your own bridal flip flops at no extra charge.

Please be careful when choosing colors. PLEASE ask the Bow Flip Flops team if you have any questions regarding sizing and colors!! Sometimes colors or designs change from season to season. We will do our best to advise you, though in the end when a design is chosen and ordered, the sale is final.
