Shipping

Please allow up to one week after date of purchase for shipment of item(s). This does not include custom orders. They may take 5+ days to create, then one week should be allowed for shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your print arrives damaged, I will absolutely exchange it.
If you have purchased an original artwork and it arrives damaged, I ask that you send a photo of damages and email me with specifics then we'll talk about where to go from there, but I should hope that no drawing ever arrives in poor condition, and I make sure upon shipping that this problem should never occur.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I will take custom orders, but I'm not always carrying specific prints and it might take a while before I would re-order the print you are requesting.
I will also take custom jewelry orders when it comes to my polymer sculptures... If you'd like a specific animal that is not in my shop, let me know and I'll create one just for you!
