*** ATTENTION: I can squeeze in a few more orders for the weekend of May 11th (I'm fully booked for the weekend of May 4th, unless it's a 'Ready to Ship' piece) but they MUST have upgraded shipping to Priority or Express at checkout to arrive in time (upgrading the shipping to Priority is also recommended for the weekend of May 18th). For those dates, feel free to order with the upgraded shipping, just noting your event date in the order notes at checkout so I can flag it for early shipment. I'm getting anywhere from 50-70 orders a week right now, so please ask if a rush order can be accomodated before ordering (I can sometimes fit them in, but it will depend on my schedule at the moment). SHIPPING: Upgraded shipping is available at checkout if needed (sometimes you may need to select the shipping upgrade AFTER entering in your payment information, during the order review). If you're concerned if they'll arrive in time or are needing a rush order, please send me a message before ordering and I'll advise if it will work out, and by what shipping method. I do have a few pieces in the 'Ready to Ship' section of my shop that are pre-made and ready to ship after ribbon customization.
COLORS: If you're not sure of the color, feel free to send me a picture of the colors being worn and I'll help to verify what color(s) would be good with it.
PROM: Please write your prom date in the order notes at checkout, so I can be sure that everything ships out in plenty of time (I like to be extra cautious)!
MESSAGING: I am generally able respond to messages between 8AM-6PM Pacific Time (I am quite busy filling orders, so I will respond periodically as I am able). If you are asking for a rush order or for something custom, please wait until I you hear back from me before placing the order. I will get back to you as soon as I am able, certainly within 24 hours.
CUSTOM REQUESTS: I'm happy to customize the colors in my designs (i.e. replacing one flower color for another), but other than that I do not offer custom designs or design modifications (i.e. no adding/subtracting stems, or making an entirely new designs). Also, bear in mind that my schedule does not allow me time to take pictures of items before they ship out. If you have any questions or concerns about the colors or design though, please send me a message and I'll be happy to help!

Do you offer quantity discounts?
All my prices listed are my best prices, regardless of quantity.
Do you have expedited shipping?
Yes! You can upgrade shipping to Priority (about 3-4 days) or Express (about 2 days) at checkout (sometimes you will have to upgrade the shipping AFTER you'd entered in your payment information, on the order review page). Please also note that this only affects shipping time, and not the time to make the pieces. If you're concerned if an item will arrive in time, please send me a note before ordering to see if it will work out. I can sometimes accomodate a rush order, but not always.
I don't see sheer ribbon options for the boutonnieres. Why is that?
The sheer ribbon would not cover the stem of the boutonniere, so only satin ribbons are an option for them. All the sheer ribbons have a matching satin ribbon, so the pieces will still match with the satin ribbon on the boutonniere.

Do you need to know when my event is?
Yes! Please write your event date in the notes at checkout so I can be sure that they arrive in plenty of time for your event. Even if your event is not soon, as I have both weddings (with far away dates) and other parties and events (with rapidly approaching dates), it's extremely helpful to me to know when your event date is.
