I hope you enjoy the items you see as much as we enjoy making them! My name is Darrah and my right hand gal is Johanna. We are skilled designers who have been in the business of creating and selling sterling silver, gold filled and gemstone jewelry for over ten years, selling in boutiques, craft markets and online.
Please let us know if you would like us to alter a piece in the shop according to your specific taste, we are aways willing to alter a design (within reason) to suit clients individual style needs. All items are customizable!
All of our pieces are carefully boxed and beautifully packaged and come with anti-tarnish zipper baggies with satin ribbon wrap. A complete package makes the perfect gift!

Purchase one item at the standard price listed for your location and all additional items ship at no extra cost.
★★ Due to high demand for wedding work, bridal orders are being done IN ORDER OF WEDDING DATE. Orders that are placed within just three weeks or less of the wedding date may incur an addtional $15 expedited handling and shipping charge.
Please note that custom, hand stamped and personalized items are non-returnable unless there has been an error on our part or the item is defective.

We use USPS First Class for shipping, if you require another handling option, kindly let us know.
Domestic first class mail averages at about 2-5 business days transit time, international can vary greatly but typically runs about 1-3 weeks. International parcels are not given tracking numbers by our postal service, so please understand that we are unable to trace international packages once in transit and they *can* take up to four weeks depending on the destination and customs.
If you MUST have a package shipped out sooner, kindly let us know and We will be happy to offer optional shipping arrangements like priority mail or express overnight.
All of our pieces are carefully and beautifully packaged in anti-tarnish zipper baggies and enclosed in jewelry boxes with ribbon wrap for a complete gift presentation.
**BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTERING THE CORRECT ADDRESS INFO INTO PAYPAL AT TIME OF PURCHASE** This is as per paypal's policies as well as mine. We cannot be held responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address entry at checkout.

Delivery confirmation comes standard on all domestic shipments and is included in the shipping confirmation email that is automatically sent to domestic buyers email via PayPal.
Tracking is not available on international shipments unless sent via global express which is an additional $40 charge.

Refunds and Exchanges

It is very important to us that you are 100% happy with your purchase, please read and understand the following guarantee:
We here at Otis B are diligent to ensure that every piece that leaves our workshop is accurately designed according to specific requests, the components are secure and in perfect condition and any gemstones are free of (unnatural) flaws or defects. *Note that all natural gemstones are subject to unique inclusions/internal fractures that in now way constitute a "flawed" stone.*
An item may be returned for replacement due to defect within 30 days and only after the buyer has contacted us for a return authorization.
Exchanges/returns may be made ONLY if the item is returned to us in UNWORN condition with accompanying box and tags within one week of receipt.
An exchanged piece will be replaced with the same item *only* upon receipt of the original item. If the item is not available, the Customer may choose another item(s) of equal or greater value. If an item(s) of greater value is selected, the retail difference and applicable sales tax are required. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, for which we cannot made made responsible.
HAND STAMPED PERSONALIZED JEWELRY IS NON-RETURNABLE (final sale) unless the item/s is faulty or there has been an error on our part.
