♥ Welcome to Broadway Heirlooms - A custom artisan design studio serving clients since 2001. I base my business on honesty, artistic integrity and providing clients with realistic, affordable pricing.

♥ YOUR HEIRLOOM DESIGNS
Regardless of where you find your wedding jewelry, it's always important to be informed on what you are paying for. I will NOT cut corners on materials by using subpar components. Even the unseen crimp beads and head pins I use are pure sterling silver. This adds to my cost but it also adds to the value of your keepsake design. This is the way an heirloom piece is intended to be made. Afterall, jewerly is the one item that can and should be worn past your wedding day and passed down to the next generation.
In a world of disposable goods, my goal is to create a spectacular and very personal product of quality craftsmanship that can be cherished for many generations. This to me is the definition of an heirloom piece.

Shipping
● METHOD: USPS unless otherwise specified by client or in description. Delivery confirmation is included on U.S. domestic shipments. Insurance is optional on US Domestic Orders. Should you desire insurance or a different carrier, please contact me prior to making payment.
● ORDERS (Domestic & International): Most items leave my studio within 3-5 days of cleared payment; however some items may require more time depending on the complexity of the piece and the work load of the studio during holiday seasons. Custom orders are quoted on an individual basis.
● DELIVERY (Domestic):
~ ● 3-6 business days from date item is SHIPPED to receive your items.
~ ● I will pay for insurance on all packages valued over $150.
~ ● IMPORTANT: If you are not comfortable with packages being left on your doorstep, please request a "Signature Receipt" for your order. (Contact me prior to placing order so I can add this cost to your shipping.) I cannot be responsible for items that are shown delivered but were vandalized or stollen at your doorstep.
● INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipping prices listed on my site are for USPS (United States Postal Service) International Priority Mail. Below I’ve listed what you can expect with this service as well as additional shipping methods which are available. If interested in any of these services, please contact me so that I may set up a reserved listing with your desired shipping method and cost. ***Once an item is paid, the shipping price is locked in so please contact me PRIOR to payment for questions or changes to your shipping.***
1) USPS International Priority Mail:

~ ● USPS Customs No. is provided to clients as confirmation of the item being sent.
~ ● Average delivery within 6—10 business days from the day item is shipped.
~ ● NOTE: USPS guarantees 6 - 10 days delivery TO Country of Origin’s Customs agent; however, the US Post Master advises it CAN take up to a total of 30 days for client to receive package. Service depends on country of imports speed and efficiency in the delivery of package to the final destination. (An example of incidences I've had are 2 months delivery to Russia and 3 months to Brazil - this is using Priority Mail.)

● CUSTOMs FEES: Depending on the total value and/or size of the package, the country of import CAN impose additional custom fees which is the responsibility of the recipient. (I do not have control or way to estimate this fee.)
● International Handling Fees:
In an effort to offer the best customer service and safe delivery of all international orders, I personally hand deliver and verify all Customs Forms with the US PostMaster. To cover travel related gas and travel time, as of January 1, 2012, a minimal handling fee has been included in the international shipping rates which are shown on the product pages.
● RUSH Orders: I will work to accommodate rush order requests. Please contact me for availability and costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is to make you not just happy, but ECSTATIC with your purchase so I gladly offer a 7 day purchase price money back guarantee. Outgoing and return shipping fees can not be refunded. (Refunds not applicable to custom orders; however, size adjustments DO apply). Here are some commonly asked questions:
Q. What if item doesn't fit?
A. I will make adjustments, just send it back!
Q. What if item is not what I expected? **
A. No problem, just send it back within 7 days! (see below)
Q. What if item breaks?
A. No problem, I will gladly fix any defects within the first 6 months for free. Contact me to aquire a "Fix It" Verification Number.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, just notify me within 7 days of receipt of your package. (Date is documented by delivery confirmation date.) Once you contact my office, I will provide you with a shipping address and return code. If an item is returned without contacting me prior to, or outside the 7 day window, I will regretfully have to deny the return. Due to health code reasons, items must be undamaged, unworn and returned in original undamaged packaging. It is recommended that you use a reputable carrier with insurance as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in a return shipment. Client will be responsible for return shipping charges.
*Please contact me for size adjustment costs as they vary depending on design.
**I do not offer refunds on custom orders due to it being the wrong color. I offer sample colors to avoid this problem.

● CUSTOM ORDERS: I gladly accept custom order requests. Most designs can be customized to your specifications.
● WHOLESALE: (NEW* Updated 5/31/12) My prices are already marked at wholesale price. Any further discounts will be dependant upon the quantity ordered of any one item and not on the price of total sale. Please contact me for pricing and terms. International wholesale accounts will be evaluated on an individual basis based on the reliability of the importers customs & delivery service.
● REPAIRS: I offer repair and cleaning services for all my products. In some cases, I can even fix or mend someone else's work. Contact me for prices and terms.
● RETURNS & GUARANTEES: 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy, I'm not happy! I've built my business on honesty and client service and will do everything in my power to provide you with exactly what you want. So if your purchase is not what you expected, and you're being fair in your request, I WILL work it out! (see Refund Policy above)

● FINDING YOUR EXACT FIT
1) Take a string (or shoelace), hold it to the length you'd like your piece to lay and mark it. If you are measuring for bracelets and are holding the string tight to skin -IMPORTANT- be sure to add 1/2" - 1" for movement and comfort.
2) Lay string flat on a ruler or measuring stick to get your length.

-Pearl Purchasing Information-
P.E.A.R.L.S DID YOU KNOW... Not all pearls are create equal?
Like diamonds, pearls are given a GIA quality rating which is determined by: Type, Luster, Surface, Shape, Color and Size. The grading standards range from: A through AAA and then "Gem" quality. AAA & Gem pearls not only retain, but gain the greatest value over time.
Most of the Pearls (larger than 6mm) used in my designs have been GIA Certified and are noted in the description. I purchase pearls direct from a GIA Certified pearl broker who provides an Appraisal Certificate Number. I provide my clients with this number in the event there is ever any question as to their authenticity or quality. This direct relationship with my broker, insures quality and consistency, as well as provides me the opportunity to offer clients prices which are typically below what you would pay in high end boutiques and retail jewelry stores.

1) Pearls come in many shapes including: round, baroque, button, coin, cross, keishi, peanut, potato, rice, stick or biwa
2) “Potato” and “Button” pearls (which are not completely round) are often misrepresented as “round” - always check.
3) “South Sea SHELL” Pearls are a simulated man made pearl made from mother of pearl. ***Be careful not to confuse these with real “South Sea” Pearls
4) “Swarovski Pearls” have a crystal base with a pearl color coating on top.
Please know that in product descriptions, I provide the type, grade, shape and color (when available) of the pearls used in my designs. I typically will NOT give a grade (nor issue a certificate No.) for pearls smaller than 6 mm. Akoya pearls are always specified and the use of Swarovski and/or South Sea Shell Pearls are also noted.
