Buffalovely's Shop Policies
Thank you so much for visiting Buffalovely. Everything you see here is handmade by me. I designed each piece myself and take great pride in what I showcase on Etsy. I love all things creative, and I have had so much fun filling my shop with my own work. I hope you find something you like that could have a place in your home.
I accept PayPal, money orders and personal checks. I cannot begin work on an order until I receive/clear a check or money order, so I do recommend Paypal for the sake of getting your order to you quickly. If you have a unique situation or request, just contact me and we can work something out.
All items are shipped via USPS. They will be sent either First Class or Priority depending on which will get the item to you the fastest.
Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation message from me thanking you for your order and letting you know when to expect your item. The waiting period for an item to be shipped will not exceed 14 days.
My shipping fee is $6 within the United States for each item. If items are combined within the same order, the second shipping fee will reduce to $2.
Shipping to Canada:
I will ship single items to Canada for $8. If items are combined within the same order, the second shipping fee will reduce to $4.
I will ship internationally for a variety of shipping fees. If you combine more than one item into your order, you are sure to save on shipping. If you don't see your country listed, just send me a message
Insurance and Delivery Confirmation:
Insurance is not included with every order. If you would like to have these included, send me a message before you place your order so I can set up a reserved listing for you with those costs included. I will update you with all necessary information immediately after your order ships.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will accept returns/exchanges within the first 14 days if an item is in any way misrepresented or arrives to you in any condition that is not exactly what you saw on Etsy. The 14 day period will begin once the item reaches you. I unfortunately cannot refund the cost of shipping on international returns.
If you wish to exchange your item, I will gladly cover the shipping cost of the replacement item, but cannot reimburse the shipping costs for the returned item.
