Welcome To AnnieUncanny Jewelry!
Here you will find an assortment of pendants, rings, and earrings, all made by Me :)
For custom work I usually reserve some of the cost of the piece in question being made as a non refundable labor deposit. (In the event someone decides against the custom piece for whatever reason, the labor deposit is there to ensure I don't work for free on a labor intensive piece.)
I place each piece in attractive wrappings in a bubble mailer (I may recycle packaging) and I will send them by first class mail.
I can also send things if you'd like to get an item faster in a Priority Mail flat rate mailer. My shipping then would be a bit more expensive because priority can be sent faster. Usually around 3-5 days. (Most times it reaches you in 3) I can also include delivery confirmation if you'd like.... If you have any questions about shipping, please let me know!
I'm currently working on being able to ship internationally; at this moment I have a few countries listed for shipping; I will ship by first class international mail. Please be aware of customs and duty fees, you will be responsible for them.
usually, my turn around/when I ship the package is around 2-3 days after payment is received.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns, but I will not cover return and original shipping; returns should be made within 14 days of purchase. Please mail returns by first class mail, with delivery confirmation. This is to prevent the item in dispute from getting lost in the mail. I will issue a return only after the item is received, providing the item is not broken or damaged.
