Welcome to our site. We value our customers and want to make sure that we provide the best possible service. We recognize that when you order something, you are excited and want it now. So unless otherwise discussed on custom orders, all orders will be sent within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment.
Please pay via paypal within 3 days of sale or the sale will be cancelled. If you need to hold an item longer, then please let us know and we will work with you. All residents of CA will be charged tax of 8.25%.
All items are sent via Priority Mail. We will make every effort possible to send your items as inexpensively as possible and still get the item to you in a timely and safe manner. If we can send an item for less money than posted on the website, then we refund any difference to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
As all items are custom made, we are unable to allow refunds or exchanges. Please contact if any item is damaged in transport.
