Our leather collars and leash designs are not only unique, they are strong enough to last and beautiful enough to adorn your best friend.
We love custom orders. So if you see something you would like in a different size or with some changes, just send us an email. We will get back to you in 1-3 business days.

We accept credit card and Pay Pal. Payments. Payment will need to be made at the time you place your order or purchase a ready made product. .
If you've purchase a collar in the past 12 months from today. domestic shipping is on us if it fits in a small priority box. Use code CGREWARD at check out.
Our Ready to Roll collars and leashes are currently in stock. Shipment will occur within 3-5 business days from payment. ALL other collars and leashes will be custom made. SHIPMENT WILL OCCUR 4-6 WEEKS FROM PAYMENT. PLEASE REFER TO THE LISTING FOR SHIPMENT TIMES. Please keep in mind that you will be receiving a handcrafted item, this requires time to create your gear.
We use USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. Normal delivery is within 6-10 days. This is not guaranteed. Your item will be delivered to your Pay Pal address. if you use Paypal for payment. Credit Card customers will have their gear shipped to the address on file with their Etsy account. Insurance must be requested. The cost will be added to the buyer's total.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be so happy with your purchase that you come back for your next collar and and your next collar and your next. If you are not satisfied with your purchase (GASP!), please let us know.
If any of our hardware (buckles, D rings, rivets or screws) fail within 6 months of purchase, we will make repairs at no charge. If the leather has a structural defect, we will make repairs or replace it at no charge. Our guarantee covers our workmanship and does not cover any damage done to the product or wear (normal or excessive).
Exchanges and returns will be approved on a case by case basis. There will be no returns or exchanges after 10 days of receipt or if the item has been worn or used. No exceptions.
