Payment

Payment is accepted by PayPal and must be received within three days of purchase. Note that residents of Missouri will need to pay 8.175% sales tax; PayPal will automatically add this amount to your purchase price.

Shipping

I generally ship via U.S. Postal Service within 2 or 3 business days of receiving payment. If you would like expedited shipping, insurance, or signature confirmation, please ask before making a payment.

Note that I do ship internationally, but buyers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties in their respective countries. Please also be aware of your country's individual laws regarding imports; I may not be held responsible for any item held by customs.

I will combine shipping prices for purchases on multiple items. If the price for combining isn't already specified, you can contact for an estimate or I'll refund the overage after purchase.

I often use recycled boxes and clean packing material. Let me know if that's a problem.

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept returns within 10 days and will promptly refund the purchase price once I receive the item in the same shape I sent it. The buyer is responsible for return postage. Please let me know as soon as possible if you have any questions about your order.

Additional Policies and FAQs

LAYAWAY POLICY

If you are short of funds but would like to purchase that special item, a layaway program can be arranged. A nonrefundable downpayment of 25% is required at the time of purchase to hold the item. The balance is to be paid off in two or three payments over the next 45 days (unless a different time frame is agreed to). The payments include an additional 5% charge for layaway, shipping and handling, and sales tax for Missouri residents (if applicable).

If you wish to do layaway, please contact me before purchasing to discuss timing. Then just purchase the item, but do not pay for it until you receive an invoice from me through PayPal. Note that layaway is available only through PayPal; the minimum purchase is $50.

I will ship the item once the last payment is made. If payment deadlines are missed, the 25% downpayment will be forfeited.
