After waiting for almost 4 months, I’ve never received the product. For the first two months, they forgot that I ordered it. Then someone wrote they shipped it out, but another two months went by and I still didn’t receive it. When I followed up with the shop, I got a note that they have had issues with people receiving mail over Christmas. I placed my order in the end of October.... it’s pretty clear someone just plain forgot to mail my shipment. Repeatedly. They did refund my money eventually, which was fair. Except I still need the product...

The garter was beautiful!!!!!!! However, I could wear it no matter how tight I tied it it slipped down. We just improvised. He put it in his pocket and pretended. It took over a month to get to me and arrived the day before the wedding. Seller stated she did have family issues, which I was understanding. I was never provided tracking information. Seller was very difficult to contact and slow to respond. Again, understanding of family issues. However, this is a business. Items are beautiful, just make sure you give yourself plenty of time. I should have been more aware of the other reviews that said the same. Amazing product, but brides tend to already be super stressed. Thank you for a beautiful garter ❤️

It took a long time to receive this (over a month). The design was as pictured but the flowers had a yellow tint.
