Tinted and colored mason jars and votive candle holders:
What sizes do the jars come in?
1/2 pint—3.75” tall, 3.5”body width, 3.5” neck width
Pint—5.25” tall, 3” body width, 2.75” neck width
Quart—7” tall, 3.5” body width, 2.75” neck width
1/2 gallon--9.25” tall, 4.25” body width, 3.25” neck width

What are the prices of the jars?
1/2 Pint--$4.00

What are the prices of the votives?
The votives are standard votive candle size and are 4.00 each. They can be tinted any color or can also be colored with glitter in any tint or shade.

Are the jars already made?
Sometimes...if someone over orders or we go crazy mixing the colors and don't want to waste them. Sadly though we have limited storage space so anytime we do make extra they normally hit the shelves at a discount cost to move ASAP. So really, no, they are not, we custom make all the jars to YOUR order.

Can I make a custom order with different sizes and colors?
Yes please! You can order any color of your choice meaning every jar can be a different color at no extra cost to you. We only charge by the size of the jar not by the millions of colors you can choose.

What colors do the jars come in?
The jars come in pretty much any color of the rainbow--even black and brown! We cannot however do white, but we can do "clear". Same goes with tan and beige since they are so transparent. Send us your inspiration pieces, or the colors that you are thinking about and we will match them as best we can. Unfortunately, we cannot mix colors together for a swirl or rainbow effect at this time but hope to in the future!

How many jars can I order?
As many as your heart, event or project desires. We have orders from 1 jar to over 300!

I want to buy more than “1” for the quantity, but it won’t let me!
Silly Etsy right... you can buy as many as you would like. Easiest thing is to message us letting us know the quantity and sizes of what you want to order and we will make sure you get them in a custom listing personalized just for you.

Do you offer bulk discounts or do you ever offer special promotions?
Oh we do we do to all of the above! We run discount promotions and free shipping promotions often so keep on the lookout for those on our twitter and facebook page! Our bulk discount goes like this:
25+ jars--10% off.
75+ jars--15% off.
200+ jars—email for a personalized quote.

Where can you ship the jars?
We ship everywhere. Literally, even the North Pole. All shipping rates will be messaged to you and agreed upon before purchase so there is no confusion or surprises. These rates will be totaled in your listing. We try to ship large orders parcel post because it saves you, the customer so much money in shipping costs! Parcel post is 7-10 business day delivery for U.S. shipments. We do everything we can to ensure shipping rates will be the lowest that they possibly can be but also hope our customers understand that shipping glass is scary business. Oh and it's really heavy. Did we mention it's scary? Anyway we make sure these get to you in one piece while also (trying) to keep the cost down as much as we can, promise. The same goes for our international customers. We try to send international flat-rate as much as we can do cut down on costs and wish we could set the postal service prices. Until that day.....

Are these nontoxic, waterproof, or washable?
Most important YES they are nontoxic—a lot of our clients have been using these as candy holders, utensil holders, pasta jars, etc. While we are feverishly working on a way to make all of our jar products waterproof, these will currently not hold liquids for a long period of time. However, we do have some solutions.... we love that our customers are still able to use these as flower vases by doing the following:
1. pluck your flowers from water and add them to the jar dry right before the event
2. place a votive candle holder in the bottom of the jar to hold water.
**Tada**both are perfectly great options and they don't cost you any extra money! Wait you still think you want to use water in them or drink from them or play in the bathtub with them....

WHAT- I can buy them sealed and get them wet after all?
Technically yes.... for our super duper customers who dont mind spending a pretty mint we CAN make them waterproof. Remember when we said that we are working feverishly to make all of our products liquid friendly? Well we are, daily. Turms out it's horribly expensive and we are all about quality and not quantity so we want to make sure we are doing it right! Until then we do have a sealer we can use but we are sorry.... it's EXPENSIVE! If you don't mind $3 tacked onto every jar for a good seal that's dishwasher, drink and water safe then you are in business my friends! Just let us know before hand so we can make sure your invoice is properly documented and of course you can ask our advice on what you want to use them for before making the investment.

Can you do rush orders?
At first we thought it would be easy to do late night orders with a new baby in the house. Turns out the baby started sleeping through the night really early on so we didn't get that practice. If you don't mind paying a smidge extra for a large coffee, lots of candy and sugar substances and some late night hours then yes we can do rush orders. With an extra fee (typically $7.00 however it's really based on how large the order is) we can bump you to the front of the line and burn some midnight oil for your order. If you would also rather wait your turn in line then over night and rush delivery fees can also be calculated for you.

Can I return the jars?
Unfortunately, like most or all custom orders in the world all sales are final! Products cannot be returned unless damaged or we messed up....big time. Please contact us right away if this happens! We are shipping glass it's bound to happen but we also want to make sure you get your goods and are happy. We are sticklers to perfection around here so hopefully you will not have any problems!

Champagne Glasses:
How many colors do you have?
If you walk into any art or craft store and you see the rows and rows of glitter paint then you know that we have the glitter world at our fingertips. The real question is... what colors do you need!

Are these washable?
The twinkle is not coming off these glasses we have sealed them to perfection so sip those bubbles and have a grand affair because when the night is over you can simply pop them into their own bubble bath and make them sparkle and shine. Till your next event...

Are they real glass or plastic?
No CZ here...but if you want us to make you glitter coated Tiffany Co. champagne glasses we can (rates will apply). If not then fear not these are real, thick, and glass stemware.

Moss letters and numbers:
Are the moss numbers and letters preserved or live?
The moss is preserved but it's not dead or brown. It's frozen in time to be a springy and lush gorgeous green. Occasionally with a twig or two thrown in as an extra surprise!

How far in advance can I order the numbers/letters?
Well really thats up to you. We suggest having us mail them out to you about 30 days before your event so they are crisp and fresh however we also understand people like to have their product in hand when planning an event or decorating. We send the items sealed up so as long as you don't expose them to harsh elements like dust or dirt or direct sunlight for days then they will really maintain their color and shape for a long time to come.
NOTE- because our schedule does fill up so quickly the majority of our clientel does pay for their order months ahead of time or puts a deposit down to ensure a calendar slot. This is not mandatory but please know we may not have room to take on your order or might have to charge you a rush job fee-

Will my numbers or letters turn brown?
They can if you keep them out in the sun or uncovered for days outside. Make sure you keep them covered up before your event to keep them clean or just make sure if you are using the letters in your house they are placed in a part of the house that is not in direct constant sunlight to ensure they stay green and lush.

How do I hang them?
We do send the moss numbers with green floral wire however you can also hang them with twine, wire, string, ribbon, etc. We can also put the numbers on sticks. Just let us know the look your going for!

Bendable(faux) realistic manzanita trees:
How many can I order at once?
ONE TRILLION MILLION....honestly, no order is to small or to large. We do 1 tree for wishing trees to 50 trees in 3 different sizes for tables, bars and buffets.

What sizes do they come in?
We currently have 3ft, 4ft and 6ft but if your looking for larger let us know. Smaller is not an option right now but keep checking back!

Can I get other colors?
YES, we wish more people would! Gold, silver, glitter, white, light and dark brown, black, blue, red... you name it!

What kind of accessories does it come with and what else can I get?
The trees come with 3 strands (for 3ft trees) and 4 strands (for 4 ft trees) of 22 inch crystals strands. We shine them up and send them to you with your tree and you can chain them together or take them apart all that you please. We can also add more bling to your order just let us know! We do also sell (for the total look in the picture) hanging votive candle holders (candles not included) and crepe paper hand painted carnation flowers that are TO DIE FOR! Just fluff them up and twist them on to the tree for a gorgeous blossoming effect. Swooon.

How long do they take to ship?
Well that really depends on how many you order. Naturally rush orders are available and we can even overnight these to you if need be if we have them in stock. We try to keep 5 of them on hand at all times for these special needs because they typically take about 5 days to make up. The most cost effective shipping for large orders is to send them parcel post since the boxes are an odd shape. This takes 7-10 business days sent postal mail. For 1-2 trees we can normally send those priority ground mail in the US and it's about 4 days shipping .

Do you ship international?
Of course, all standard shipping rates would apply and we will always triple check mailing rates making sure you get the best rates first.

How many can I order?
1-infinity, A-Z and everything in-between (@!&) we have them and can do as many as you need

What colors do you have?
If you have seen it on a shelf or website and the everyday person can order it then we can make it :)

Can I get lowercase or symbols?
yes, we love those dainty little letters

How long does it take to complete me order?
As long as it's not a super complicated color or a hard to find material we can have up to 3 letters out in 48 hours! More then that and we start to loose a little bit of steam and need to nap....
