Dear Customers, I have been in and out of the hospital the last couple months (more in than out) so I am behind on my shipments. I returned to over 700 convos. I'll try, but I doubt I can get to them all, but all new convos will be handled right away. If you have a deadline please let me know and I can move your order to the top of the list.

** GENERAL SHIPPING INFO ** I have moved from Colorful Colorado, U.S.A., to the lovely shores of Ecuador! The Ecuador postal service is not quite perfected yet, therefore orders take time to reach your mailbox. Ship time is anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks. Average transit ship time is 3.5 weeks, but it is not uncommon to take 5-6 weeks, so please be patient. "Made to order" adds 1 week!

The photos you see in my shop are MY REAL PHOTOS of MY REAL GLASS PENDANTS showing MY GENUINE CRAFTSMANSHIP. In many glass tile pendant shops you will find brightly colored images of pendants, all identical side by side, except with a different image inserted to appear like a finished product. The shine is simulated as well. I can't say those products are not good, but just be aware out there.
