Payment
Preferred method of payment is Paypal, money orders are accepted, but be aware that your order will NOT be shipped until payment receipt.
All orders must be paid within 24 hours of placement. If payment is not received at that time, your order will be cancelled. If you would like to have an item reserved for you, please let me know.
** If you prefer to pay by Canadian dollor without using Paypal, please contact me to set up the arrangement.
Shipping
All items are shipped via Canada Post which arrives in about 3-6 business days within Canada, 7-10 business days in USA, 10-14 business days to Overseas. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Insurance and delivery confirmation are available upon request as well.
Internationl customers are responsible for any customs charges incurred with items.
Items currently ship out on within 2-3 business days and will arrive according to the time frames listed above.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refund or replacement will be offered for any lost items, or items damaged in transit or items that you are not satisfy. Please contact me to make the arrangement before returning items.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Custom orders are welcome, these include custom paintings, logo designs, or creating images for wedding invitations. If you want a custom print size or an image on a specialty product, please feel free to contact me for price quote.
