Sales to Wisconsin will have tax added via paypal of 5.1% All orders are expected to paid for within 24 hours via paypal or Direct Checkout unless other arrangements have been made.
I will ship an item as soon as possible after your order has been placed and paid for.
You may return an item for a refund/exchange within 7 days.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

If you cancel the sale and the item has been shipped already you are responsible for return shipping costs.
I ship aprons and tote bags in a bubble envelope.
Standard delivery takes about 3 business days.
I try to re-use re-cycle as many shipping supplies (boxes, packing peanuts, shredded paper) as possible to keep shipping costs down
I don't do fancy packaging unless you ask for it in advance
I do offer free gift wrapping of items with ribbons and a card attached again please message me for this free service and let me know what to print on the card
All International orders will be shipped via USPS ONLY unless the customer requests a different shipping service.
If you would like other services added to the shipping (priority,Express) just convo me to discuss these services and the cost of adding them.
Buyer is responsible for any and all customs and duty taxes.
Refunds and Exchanges
If the item is damaged or lost in shipping please notify me asap.
If damaged you will need to send the item back for a refund or exchange.
If lost in shipping or held by customs I will do my best to find your item, if it can not be found I will do my best replace/refund your item as fast as I can.
If you have a concern about your item please contact me as soon as possible and we will work it out together.
I strive for great customer service in all areas.
If an item is damaged in shipping I will need to see photos of the packaging and the item in order to fill out reports with the Post Office
All items mailed in the U.S, are sent with delivery confirmation
If your item does not arrive (1 week U.S. 4 weeks International) please contact me so I can try to locate your package
If you are not pleased with your items please let me know and I will give you store credit or a full refund upon return of the item.
If you wish to return the item for a refund return shipping will be at your expense.
If it is an OOAK item I will try to work it out with you to the best of my abilities.
