We can now also accept credit cards - YAY!
Payment is due within seven days of purchase. If payment is not made within that time, the item will be popped back on the shelf!
RESERVING ITEMS:
If you wish to reserve an item, we can happily put it to one side and label it in the shop as 'RESERVED FOR...(YOU)'. I will hold the item as such for three weeks, during which payment must be made. Otherwise, it will be un-reserved and back on sale.
MONTHLY PAYMENTS:
If you would like an item, but cannot pay in one go, please let me know and we can set up a monthly payment scheme, at the end of which I will ship your purchase to you.
Shipping
All shipping prices are based on First Class UK Mail and International Airmail. These are NOT tracked as a rule. If you would like your item sooner, and/or tracked, either choose expediated shipping, or message me so I can adjust shipping prices and invoice you accordingly. (Even small items will cost an extra $15).
Anything over $60 will be sent 'Royal Mail Tracked' for UK customers and Royal Mail 'Tracked and Signed' worldwide.
EU CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Etsy orders do cover customs tax charges. If you find your country charges you extra, Jess Purser Art cannot be held liable - please take this up with your customs office, showing them your receipt and IOSS number, as no more should be charged from the point of sale onwards ❤️

Privacy
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Etsy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Etsy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for seven years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.
