CelticCrossing's Shop Policies
Welcome and bright blessings to you all! I hope you enjoy your shopping experience while you are in my shop.
Payment methods for my shop are PayPal and International money orders. If money order is how you would like to make your purchase please let me know & we will work this out.
Please note that PayPal does have an echeck payment method and it does take upwards of 3 days for these to clear.
All shipping is done through Canada Post. The item (s) are wrapped up special in tissue paper & sent off in a bubble mailer.
Shipping is usually done within 72 hours of receiving payment. Sometimes a little longer if it is a custom order that needs to be made. Of course this will depend if there is a weekend or holiday involved but fear not it will be shipped as soon as possible!
Once the order is shipped I am not responsible for any item that is lost, stolen or damaged once it has been shipped. When your package leaves my hands and it goes into transit I do not have control of what may or may not go on during it's travel to you by the postal system.
International customers are responsible for any taxes or duties incurred on their purchase. As a business, I am legally required to declare the actual sale price on customs forms.
**One other thing, I will ship world wide, so please if you are outside North America please convo with me about a shipping price & I will try to provide you with an accurate pricing from Canada Post once I know where the item might be sent.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not at this time have a refund / exchange policy in place. When putting the listing together, I have photographed & described the item to the best of my ability. Pictures can not always display the beauty of an item & with this being said I'm sure you will love your item more in person!
Additional Policies and FAQs
I am certainly Trade friendly, so please feel free to ask. I don't guarantee that I'll say yes to a trade but I am certainly more than willing to try!We are all looking for different kinds of items from trades, so please don't get your feelings hurt if I pass on a proposed trade.
