A warm welcome to my shop. Thank you for stopping by. Please read the policies below before making a purchase.
I only accept payment by Paypal. You do not need a PayPal account, just follow the instructions and enter your credit/debit card details and the transaction will be processed through PayPal. At no stage do I see your personal banking/card details and they remain secure at all stages of the transaction.
I ship from the UK. Although shipping internationally via airmail is usually fast, please allow sufficient time for delivery as there may occasionally be delays at customs.
All my jewellery is securely packaged to arrive in perfect condition. If on receiving it there are any problems at all, I am here to do my very best to try to rectify the problem, so please do contact me if you are not absolutely satisfied with any aspect of your purchase.
I usually post orders on the first working day following clearance of the total payment amount. All items posted to UK addresses are sent via 1st class Royal Mail. I always ask for proof of posting. However, if UK customers would prefer an item sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, please contact me for a quote prior to ordering.
If overseas customers would like an item sent with insurance cover via "Airsure" please contact me for a quote prior to ordering.
I ship from the UK. If you live in a country outside of the European Union you may be liable for Customs Duty on receiving your purchase. This is a legal requirement and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay any amount owing.
I source my jewellery components carefully, and to the best of my knowledge none of the components in my designs are prohibited for sale in any country, but would advise that if any prospective buyer is uncertain, they should make inquiries locally.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with any aspect of your purchase, please contact me to see if I can remedy a solution.
If you wish to return an item, please contact me first. I offer a replacement or refund provided the item is returned in an unworn condition in the original packaging within seven days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. I cannot accept the return of earrings for reasons of hygiene.
If an item is damaged during delivery please photograph the item and packaging as the post office may need proof of the condition it was delivered.

Whilst I aim to capture the true colour of each item and represent it as accurately as possible, please bear in mind that individual monitors may vary in how they display colours.
Above all, I want my customers to be happy with their purchase. If there is anything further you wish to know, please contact me and I will do my very best to assist you in your requirement.
On receiving your purchase, it would be helpful to me if you could let me know either through the Etsy convo or feedback facility that the item has been delivered safely.
