All of my eye shadow colors are available in a sample size, so if you would like a sample of something but don't see a listing for it just send me a message and I will set up a custom listing.

I will be adding new items all the time so be sure to check the store often! If you have any questions about my products don't hesitate to ask.

ChaoticCosmetics' Shop Policies

Welcome to our shop!
Our goal is to give our customers the best products possible and great customer service. All of our products are made with the best minerals we can find. Please, feel free to send us a message with any questions you may have, we always try to answer within 48 hours.

I currently only accept payment through PayPal.

Most products will be shipped USPS First Class. I will usually ship your order by the next business day. I do not include insurance at this time.
Due to shipping costs I only offer international shipping on full size eyeshadow, lip balm, and eyeshadow sets.
Please note that shipping is more than just postage, it also includes the price of packaging. I try to keep the shipping as low as possible, I base my rates on what the USPS website says.

All customs fees are the buyers responsibility, I cannot be held responsible for them.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products I can't accept returns. However, should your item arrived damaged or you for some reason get the wrong item contact me right away and I will replace it for you. You must contact me within 7 days of receiving the item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I personally test all of my products and have never had an adverse reaction, however everyone is different. I use only skin safe products that are commonly used in cosmetics. However, if you are worried about having a reaction then test the product on a small patch of skin such as the inner elbow before use.

I've noticed that some darker colors (reds, darker browns, or blacks) can be a bit difficult to get off. I found that using a good makeup remover works, using a eyeshadow primer can also make it easier.
