I use only the finest gold fill and sterling silver on all bridal jewelry, NEVER plated! Anything you buy from me will be heirloom quality and will last you a very long time!
Most orders at this time are taking 2-3 days for completion. Everything in my shop is made to order guaranteeing perfection.
Bridesmaid orders can take up to 3-4 weeks for creation and shipping, (up to two weeks longer for international) so please put your order in a soon as possible!
I am always happy and willing to work with you for any and all special requests!
I accept payment through Paypal which also accepts credit cards. You do not have to have an account with Paypal to complete your transaction. Unfortunately, if using an E-check via Paypal, the processing time can take at 7-9 days.
If I have not received payment through Paypal within three days, your order will be canceled for my own protection. Thank you for understanding.

HOW DO I SHIP ORDERS?
You will receive an email confirmation from Etsy after you place your order. I will contact you if I have any questions about your order. I will personally notify you when it ships via Etsy Convo. I ship USPS First Class in a secure bubble wrap envelope or a box according to the size of your order to keep your jewelry safe during delivery. If you would like it shipped Priority 2-3 days, kindly let me know and I can set up a listing for you.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND INSURANCE and that is the only way you will be covered if your purchase is lost or damaged. The rate schedule is as follows:
Up to $50…..$1.75
Up to $100…..$2.25
Up to $200…..$2.75

Unfortunately I cannot track orders out of the US. Please allow enough time to receive your jewelry. Customs can prolong your package delivery 2-3 weeks, sometimes up to 8 weeks. Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving authorization of your PayPal or credit account. All items are shipped USPS First Class. Custom orders will take longer, or, if you have requested alterations, shipping may be delayed as well.
You are responsible for any CUSTOMS, TAXES OR DUTIES that your country may impose on your shipment. I have NO control over that unfortunately and can therefore not be responsible under any circumstances. I can not check "gift" on the customs form under any circumstances as well. Thank you for your understanding. It is up to you, as a customer, to decide whether or not to purchase understanding all of the above.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?
The majority of my items ship within 2 to 3 business days, according to PayPal or credit authorization and then another 3-5 days by USPS First Class mail. I have checked with many different options for shipping and believe me, this is by far the most reasonable financially for everyone involved. Custom orders take longer for obvious reasons; however I always try my hardest to get them to you as quickly as possible. In some cases, if I don’t have a particular piece for a custom order, shipping may take a little longer than normal and if that is the case, I will email you immediately so you know when to expect your order.

*****If you happen to live in the Moorestown - Delran area, you can contact me with your order and I can drop it off to you or you could pick it up at my home to save shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
❥❥❥ With the EXCEPTION of CUSTOM ORDERS, (stampings, custom listings etc) items can be returned within 7 days of receipt if there is a problem with size or if you are unhappy with it :( . I ask that you please return your order in the original condition it was received. Please CONTACT ME ASAP to let me know that you are in fact returning your order so that I know to expect it and prepare to process your return as promptly as possible. Your refund will be processed through PayPal or your credit card.
I sincerely apologize, however, Shipping fees are not refundable.
❥❥❥ Returns for incorrect sizes, stampings, charms or color choices etc., on YOUR part, are always easily rectified. There will be a charge for changing anything on the order and/or replacing a component on the order. And you will be responsible for all postal costs. If you do not ship USPS with confirmation and insured, I can not be responsible for any lost items. Again, custom orders are not refundable. Here is the link to the exchange postage for one item:

WHAT IF MY PIECE NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED?
I hope you'll never need a repair; however it is possible that on a rare occasion you might. I always order any product from well known and reputable wholesalers, but even so, very rarely, some thing’s can be defective. I take pride in my work and devote the extra time and care it takes to assure you that you receive a finely crafted piece of jewelry. I guarantee all of my jewelry (from normal wear) and if, under original ownership, a piece should break from craftsmanship — I will repair or replace it at no charge to you. And if it is within a year that a design might break, I will also cover all shipping cost, via USPS Priority mail. Please feel free to contact me anytime about any of your purchases. I want you, my customer, to be completely satisfied AT ALL TIMES!

Maybe you need a little help deciding what you want. I will be happy to try to accommodate your needs. In most cases, I can customize a piece that you might see on my site for no additional charge.
If you see a piece that you like, and you would like it in another color, metal or with another stone or stones, I will happily create you your own piece as quickly as possible.
Or, if you have your own idea or design in mind, I can work with you on that as well. Custom orders are perfect for your wedding day. I do custom Bridal jewelry and it's the perfect way to have all of your bridesmaids adorned with the same beautiful colors, yet wearing similar, though very distinctive personal designs. I ACCEPT MULTIPLE ORDERS WITH DISCOUNTS!
