Shop hours are Monday - Thursday: 9am - 5pm, Friday: 9am - 3pm (US Eastern Time)*
PAYMENT METHODS: Payments are accepted through Etsy's Direct Checkout or through PayPal. I will begin work on your order as soon I have received payment and all necessary information to complete your order (e.g. text, colors, fonts).
E-CHECK: If paying through Paypal by E-Check, payments can take 3-5 days (maybe longer depending on the country you live in) to clear. I cannot send files until this E-Check has cleared my account. PayPal gives a date on which they say it will clear, so I will keep you posted on the status of your payment. If paying with E-Check please allow this additional time for your payment to clear.
PRINTABLE PRODUCTS: For printable products, unfortunately, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded once I have sent your proof (within 1-2 business days of receiving payment). If you are unhappy with your proof, please let me know and I will make any necessary changes.
DESIGN PROCESS FOR PRINTABLE FILES: Please do not forget to leave your information in the "notes to seller" section when checking out. I need to know styles, colors, fonts, and personalized text (when applicable) before I can begin work on your order. Files will not be emailed until payment has cleared my account and I have received all necessary information.
If you purchase a listing and do not leave the necessary information to complete the order, you will have 7 days to get me that information. After 7 days, I will cancel the order and refund your money.
FOR ITEMS WHERE COLOR, FONT, AND/OR PATTERN CHANGES ARE ALLOWED: You will receive 1 proof for your order where you can view the design and make any necessary changes at that time. After receiving these changes, I will begin working on your final version. Once your final version has been completed and sent, changes may not be made to the order. If any additional changes are necessary, I will complete them with the purchase of an additional custom listing.
FOR DESIGNS THAT ARE NOT CUSTOM: (i.e. there are no changes in colors, patterns, and fonts - only name and other personal information), a proof will NOT be sent. Please consider the photos on the listing your proof of what the finished product will look like.
TIMELY PROOF RESPONSE: For items where you will receive a proof and changes are allowed, the proof will be sent within 1-2 days of your order. I will not begin working on the final version until you have responded with your approval or any necessary changes you'd like to make to the proof.
PRINTING: I only offer printable products, and no printing services. No items will be printed or shipped to you. I recommend printing my files from home on a standard printer, or from a professional printer such as Office Max, Staples, Kinkos, etc. All of my files are password protected to prevent editing and misuse. You should not have any issues using the printers I have recommended (please contact me ASAP if you do). I do not recommend using Vistaprint for printing as you may have issues uploading my files.
Occasionally, some printers may refuse to print my files since the designs are copyrighted. If this is the case with a file you've purchased from me, please contact me ASAP and I'll be happy to provide a document for the printer stating that you have the right to print your purchased file.
Refunds and Exchanges
ALL ORDERS: Your happiness with my products is my #1 priority. If you feel that your experience working with me has not been positive, please feel free to contact me and express your concerns. If you've had a negative experience, I would greatly appreciate if you made contact with me prior to posting feedback so that we can work to resolve the issue.
REFUNDS: Due to the nature of the product, refunds cannot be issued on my printable files. If you are not happy with your final product, please contact me ASAP and I will try to accommodate any changes you feel need to be made.
COLOR VARIATIONS FOR PRINTABLES: As stated on each listing: I cannot guarantee the colors of my printable files. What you see on your screen will always vary slightly from what is printed due to differences in monitor and printer calibration, and this is out of my control. I cannot offer a refund if you are unhappy with the color(s) of your final product.
Additional Policies and FAQs
CUSTOM ORDERS: I can create custom orders, so please be sure to convo me and describe what you're looking for, and I will definitely try to work with you!
ERRORS IN TEXT: All text for your items will be copied and pasted from the "notes to seller" that you have left upon checkout. Text cannot be changed after the file has been created and sent. If you find your errors after I've sent the file, additional fees will apply. If the errors are my mistake, I will happily fix them for no charge.
ADDITIONAL LABELS: My labels designs run between $8 - $10 for the first page. I can do $0.50-$0.75 for each additional label as long as the design is exactly the same. Changing the design (size, shape, colors, etc), negates this discount because the layout has to be changed, which involves additional design/set up time.
If notified of additional labels through "notes to seller" after purchasing, you will be charged an additional $0.50 to cover the cost additional seller fees.
RUSH FEES: If you need something in less than 3 business days, please convo me before placing your order so that I am better able to accommodate your needs. I take orders on a first come, first served basis. Due to this reason, I may need to charge a $5.00 rush fee for orders needed in less than 3 business days.

So this may affect turnaround time for customers living in areas with a significant time difference from my own. I may respond to convos/emails during my "off" hours and on weekends; however, orders will not be completed during these hours. If you live in an area with a significant time difference from my own, please take this delay into account when ordering. Rush fees may apply when necessary.
DESIGN FEES: For items that are premade (no color choices given - e.g. party packs, invitations, etc.) or where premade color options are given - custom colors may be available upon request. Please note that for a color change on a premade file, a design fee will be charged to cover the additional time involved in setting up the new color. This amount of the fee will depend on the extent of the color changes. Please contact me with what you're looking for so I can give you a custom quote!
