Custom and personalized orders
Bea is of overwhelming orders. We are no longer taking any custom orders for our stoles. Please check back for any future changes .
How long until I get my items?
It all really depends on what is ordered. If I have I’m stock I will ship out within a day. But sometimes I run out of stock and have to get items made or shipped. That takes up a bit more time.
Usually please allow 5-7 business days to be on the safe side.
Returns and exchanges
I am currently not accepting any returns or exchanges on any product. Unless item is defective. If there is an issue please send me a message directly with the invoice information. If a return is accepted. Customer is responsible for any Shipping costs. I will reply in a timely manner. Thank you
Mask information

Please please make sure to have the correct address on file for shipping. One person running the show and honestly sometimes there is no way to keep track . So please when purchasing make sure you type in the correct address. I am not responsible for sending to the “wrong “ address if it’s the one on file. Thank you for understanding.
