*PLEASE NOTE: I have both IN STOCK and MADE TO ORDER items in my shop. I have tried to separate them into different sections but please *read the description* of the item to see if it is in stock. The green button's notation of "only 1 available" means ONE LISTING, (*not* that the item is in stock). It's confusing but not fixable, on my end, sorry.

If you're not sure if an item is in stock or have another question please contact me details.

Welcome to my Shop, where I sell my handcrafted enamel and metal jewelry!

PROCESSING TIME: Please note my shipping and creation policies. I have posted them as thoroughly as possible to save any confusion.

My processing time is such because I have two businesses, am a graduate student, a graduate assistant and have two small children. I also do all of my photography, posting, graphic art, shipping, e-mailing and package preparation etc..

I am a busy bee and, thankfully, most of my customers are willing to wait for their items. If not, though, they order in-stock items, to save time. Etsy's convo. system sometimes does not forward properly to me. Payment

Please note: If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail, from Pay Pal, for your payment that means that the order has *not* been paid for/completed.

Please do NOT pay with an e-check, just use your credit or debit card instead.

Shipping

*** PLEASE VERIFY YOUR PAY PAL ADDRESS, AS THIS IS THE ADDRESS I USE WHEN SHIPPING. ***

Please allow 4-6 weeks for made-to-order items. I ship items together so, if someone orders something that is in-stock and something that it made to order both items will ship when the made to order item is complete. I try to ship as quickly as possible, when this happens.

*I do not ship daily*. I ship all items via first class mail, through the USPS, unless otherwise noted. I usually ship about once per week to every other week, for in stock items. If you need an item quickly please convo. me, so I can try to get it to you faster.

NON-US ITEMS: Will be shipped 1st class and are only trackable until they leave the country (usually in New York). If you would like tracking after that there will be an additional fee, to cover the shipping expenses.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will accept exchanges on items if the item does not match it's description, or if it has been damaged en route.

As my made-to-order items are handmade there will be slight variations, due to their handcrafted nature. If you are someone that does not appreciate this quality then please purchase an in-stock item, instead. Those listings have photos of the item that you will receive. Obviously every monitor's color will be different but I have just calibrated mine to show "true" colors. Please understand that your monitor may show the colors differently, though.

I do *not* accept returns or exchanges for items that have been shipped to an incorrect address, (if that address was provided by the buyer). I will note the customer if an item comes back to me and, if re-shipment plans have not been made within 7 days, (+ any new shipping fees paid), the item will be considered abandoned.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE that I take custom orders ONLY *when time/queue allows*.

If you see a ring that you'd like in a different size or a pair of earrings that you'd like with a different stone etc. please contact me. I cannot guarantee that I will be able to take on the custom order but I will do my best to accommodate everyone! :)

If you need something more quickly please just got with a pre-made design as I am back at my Graduate Assistantship and have a large class this semester so my bench/business time has been decreased greatly.

Please note that custom items may cost more money, as I may need to order different supplies and pay for their shipment etc.. I do my best to keep my prices as reasonable as possible, though.
