My name is Cheryl Johnston and everything is handmade by me. The name of my shop Cheryldine is a combination of my first name and my mother's name(who passed). She is my greatest inspiration. I always loved fashion, my husband (soul mate)of 34 years, taught me how to sew, he also has a shop on Etsy(Wendel Johnston). I love making dresses. I am slowly getting into every day wear. Skirts,capelets, sleeves (lol)and tunics are on the top of my list for 2013.

Simple cuts and flirty feminine touches are perfect for a confident and playful woman, who appreciates handmade, noncommercial clothes, which flatter her figure. Some of my dresses can be worn as a wedding dress with a little additions. Example : color, fabric (silk stretch, cotton,chiffon etc.........If you have a different fabric in mind, please feel free to contact me. My dressform and pins is all that it takes to get the process moving. My style of designing is called draping. Most of my dresses are raw edge cut, I like the handmade appeal to it. I don't use patterns. You are getting a one of a kind piece designed especially for you. I do custom orders. Inquire about special length etc...
Nothing is factory made. I work out of my home. Most custom orders can be shipped out 3-5 (rush orders) or within 2 weeks (United States) and 3 weeks (International) after I receive payment. Swatches are available when you are viewing my designs.

I also, make leather bags and canvas handpainted bags (clutches and totes). I love painting it is very theraputic. If you would like any of my handpainted items, remember they are one of a kind and may be slightly different when I duplicate it.
