I'm happy to work with you to design your very own Chic Boutique Bag. Choose a style you like or dream up your own and then choose a fabric. Some of my available fabrics can be seen here: http://flickr.com/photos/chicboutique/sets/72157603864765279/detail/

Payment

I accept payment via Paypal, Google Checkout or RME (Revolution Money).

If you would like to pay with your credit or debit card, choose PayPal when checking out and you can complete your transaction without signing up for a PayPal account.

If you'd like to pay with RME or Google Checkout please let me know in the note to seller when checking out and I'll send an invoice.

7.25% sales tax for Illinois residents.

Shipping

In stock items are shipped the next business day after payment has cleared. Custom items take a few extra days (or longer if it's a special order fabric).

Domestic packages are shipped via first class mail with the USPS which usually arrives in 2-5 business days, but is not guarenteed.

International packages are also shipped with the USPS and usually arrive in 7-10 days, but are also not guarenteed.

Insurance is not included, please ask if you would like to add it. Shipping upgrades may be available upon request.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is my priority. If there is a problem with any item you receive, please let me know within one week, and a return and/or refund will be arranged. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If the problem is that the item never arrived please let me know and we will work out a solution (replacement or refund). Most custom items are not able to be returned.
