ChikuChikus' Shop Policies
Our characters have been created to make you smile everytime you look at them, cheering you up whenever you need it. That's why our motto is: “Small creations Big smiles”.
From the original idea through the designing process, the materials election and, finally, seeing how they are coming to life, our characters are filled with enthusiasm, humour, positivism and lots of love.
Everything that surrounds us is made of the same thing: Energy. Let's be surrounded, then, by the most positive one with the things that make us happy.

PayPal is the way you can use to pay in our shop, since it's the best and safest method. There won't be any taxes added, only the shipping cost. And don't forget to use the special discount coupons after buying in our shop for the first time.
We will ship within 2-3 business days as soon as the payment is closed and we have all the details of the order confirmed.
We register all our packages to make sure you get your purchase safe and sound, plus you'll get a tracking number that you can use to follow the package anytime. If you need the priority option, please let us know and if you don't want it registered also let us know.
A package usually takes around 10 to 14 days to reach its destination if it's outside Europe. For European countries it takes about 1 week. Please, note that a package may take longer if there is a delay at the customs office, the post office or if it's sent near a peak season.
In some cases, if you purchase more than one item and it weighs more than 100 grams ( 3.5 ounces ), we will be sending the items in two different packages in order to reduce the shipping costs. If you prefer just one package you should tell us.
All the items will be wrapped in cellophane and covered with protective paper or bubble wrap if necessary. We are not responsible for postal delays,
failures, thefts, losses or customs problems. The Etsy policy says that, in that case, the buyer and seller are urged to file a postal claim in the event of a postal failure. We are not esponsible for incorrect shipping address submissions. The buyer must provide correct addresses in both their Etsy and PayPal accounts at the time of checking out.
Refunds and Exchanges
There will not be any refunds due to postal delays, failures, thefts, losses or
customs problems. We will only be able to refund damages but not the shipping costs. In some cases, after evaluating it, we can replace the item.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All our plushies are unique because they are all handmade, That is why you won't find two completely identical. Every little one has its own personality!
Custom orders are welcome! If you see something you like but you need it in another color, size, pattern or with a different purpose, why not giving a new twist and make it even more personal? We can also make that special character that you like so much in a kawaii style. Custom orders will be charged 30% more over the regular price if the patterns won't be used again to make more plushies to sell in our shop. If you have any questions about this, please, just send us a message with your request. They take about 2-3 weeks to be made since we have to work on the design and the patterns first. However, it may take longer for a large amount of plushies or if we have other orders to finish first.
Most of our items contain small pieces that are not suitable for children under 3 years old.
