Payment

I accept payment by PayPal only (but they do all of the currency conversion for you so it's really easy to buy).
You can pay by credit/debit card via PayPal without having to have a PayPal account.

Please note, any custom orders or personalisation need to be paid for in advance of them being made.

Shipping

All of my bears are ready to ship so they can be dispatched within 48 hours. The one you buy is the one in the photo. Where appropriate, I recycle packaging.

I ship first class/airmail to all destinations and I will always obtain proof of postage. Tracking is available for a small additional charge outside the UK ($6). Let me know in your notes to seller if you'd like to have parcel tracking which will allow you to see where your parcel is.

If you unsure for any reason, then please get in touch and I'll do what I can to help out.

Oh and if you're very local and want to collect then I might even make you a cuppa! :)
