Greetings! I’m an illustrator and author living in the Midwest. I work in scratchboard, a medium that looks a lot like a woodcut in appearance.

If you’re inspired by the designs of nature AND if your eye rests contentedly on the rustic, sturdy line of a woodcut, then you might like my work!

Please browse below. Some are digital prints of originals from my picture books. I print one at a time (like a modern Gutenberg) on a high-quality color printer. Others are black and white digital prints that I then hand-color on archival watercolor papers.
