Shipping
I ship with an insurance and tracking number.
Please find out about customs in your country if you believe there to be any problems, until now I have not had one problem with customs.
If you would like an upgrade of shipping services please contact me and we can change the service.
Once I send the product it is out of my control- I send in 1st class French mail and I cannot control how the path to you goes. The quality of shipping in each country varies. If your package goes lost (which has only happened once in one year) or gets stolen I cannot reimburse you but please be patient because sometimes it can take a good 4 weeks to get to you if the post is slow. They always arrive and it makes the surprise even better! :)
