Welcome to Coco Bijou! All of my handcrafted jewelry is designed to celebrate and compliment the beauty of imperfection. Each piece is handmade by me in my home studio, and it is my heartfelt wish to provide you with the very best quality in organic, elegant, and always unique jewelry.

Payment
Paypal is the preferred payment choice at Coco Bijou. It is by far the easiest and most secure payment option, and you don’t have to have a paypal account to pay securely with your credit card. Plus, payment clears almost immediately, so I can get started on your order right away!
I do accept checks and money orders as well, so just send one off to me ASAP and I will be sure to get your goodies in the mail as soon as payment clears...which can take up to 2 weeks.
Shipping
I use our good ol’ USPS First Class mailing system with the added bonus of delivery confirmation to make sure that everything arrives at your doorstep safe and sound. I will only charge in shipping what it costs for me to get these items to you, nothing more.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail or Express, send me a note and we'll arrange payment for the upgrade.
I send all of my items in lovely, 100% recycled gift boxes with a pretty ribbon on top. They are all ready for gift giving ♥
I will ship to the address provided to me in your Etsy transaction. If you discover a mistake and need to make a change, contact me right away via Etsy Conversations to let me know where you would like your item to be shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are anything less than IN LOVE with your purchase, let’s chat and figure out a way to make sure that when all is said and done, everyone is happy and content. Please be sure to convo me within 3 days of receipt of item with any concerns you might have so that we can get you taken care of.
Custom Orders are non-returnable unless I have made a mistake in the item's size or inscription as requested by you. If it is my error, I've got you covered! You can send it back to me and I will whip up a new piece for you.
In stock/One of a kind items may be returned within five business days of receipt. Please contact me first to make sure that the item is eligible for refund/exchange. The item must be returned to me in the same condition as it was sent out. I will refund you the purchase price less shipping charges once I have received the item.
Ring Sizing: Please understand that it is your responsibility to send me the correct ring size when ordering. The majority of my rings are made to order in your size - and I promise accurate sizing. Regretfully, I cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the case that you request the wrong size. If you are uncertain of your ring size, your best bet is to swing into a jewelry shop to be professionally sized. Or you can explore this page for assistance:
