Shipping costs for quilt weight cottons are as follows (knits are slightly heavier and therefore cost a bit more to ship):

To the US:
1 yard - $3.75
2-4 yards - $6.25
5-10 yards - $11.25
10-20 yards - $18.25

To Canada:
1-6 yards - $6.50
7-20 yards - $9.00
