Payment

I accept PayPal payment in US Dollars.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can pay using a credit or debit card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Payment must be made in full and clear before the item is shipped.

Shipping

Every item in the Touchstones jewelry collection comes in a designer bag of rich, black velveteen. Smooth and soft, the bags offer protection from sunlight that can damage crystals, as well as safe storage for precious gemstones.

I ship worldwide from Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, via the United States Postal Service.

Most items are shipped in small USPS Priority Mail boxes.

Electronic items, such as PDF copies of birth charts and astrology reports, are emailed from my personal email account -- corrine *at* corrinekenner.com.

In-stock items are shipped within 3 working days of cleared payment.

Most custom orders are shipped within two weeks.

Please note that buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted for refund (less shipping fees), provided the request is received within 15 business days and the item is in the same condition as when it was sent, including all tags and/or labels. If an item is received defective, please email me at holly [!at] hollywest.com upon receipt of item as soon as it is received.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made within 15 business days, provided item is in the same condition as when it was sent, including all tags and/or labels. Additional shipping charges will apply.

REPAIRS

If jewelry needs to be repaired within six (6) months of purchase due to normal wear and tear, please contact me via email at repairs to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and mailing instructions. Charges may apply. You will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to the beginning of repair.

I currently do not accept wholesale or consignment offers.

I do welcome custom orders.

I reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of abusive feedback and/or malicious behaviour towards other Etsy members.
