We produce our items in our small studio, which is good for you...Why you might ask? This keeps costs low, which allows us to price our items reasonably, without higher overhead expenses. Just think if a shop has a manufacturing facility the consumer is passed on all the overhead expenses. This to you means HIGHER PRICES!


There is One difference to YOU…. with US you receive outstanding PERSONAL one on one customer service and your order will never get lost. We have outstanding communication skills and we ship 1- 5 business days ARO {after receipt of order}.

We ask that when placing an order to check your ETSY mail {up to 24 hrs} just incase we need to reach you. I shop ETSY and I appreciate when other shops provide me a response that they have received my order and thereafter provide me with shipping information. This puts me at ease to know that my order has been well received. I ♥ this type of communication and I hope that you do too!

♥♥♥♥♥Please note that personalize is not the same as customizing. If you would like a name added that is personalizing and we will be happy to do so. If you would like colors, sizing and images added in or out that is customizing and will require you to purchase the shirt before I can send you a sample for approval. Please understand that customizing takes time {but we are happy to do it with a purchase}.♥♥♥♥♥

PROCESSES:

ALL Processes are the same whether in a home studio or in a manufacturing facility; high quality inks pigmented directly to the garment which means there will be NO cracking, fading or peeling♥. Items are machine washable and dryer safe♥.

UTILIZE THE FEED BACK TOOL TO READ AND RATE:
Cotton Laundry™ produces Quality Products to all our customers. This can only be reflected by feedback that customers are able to provide to shops after they have received their purchase. If BAD feedback is continually posted in a shop it is fair to say..."RED FLAG ALERT". The feedback section is an important tool to utilize in determining if this is where you would like to purchase. It can never be false, since it was left by you, the customer♥. It is also VERY important to read what the shop owner has left for her customers {go back a way to read responses} who were not very happy with their purchase. This tells the way a shop owner feels about their customers...and if it shows distaste over and over...I would move on {that's just me though} as I would never want to give my business to someone who handles a customer’s discrepancies with harsh verbiage. Always REMEMBER a shop has the last word on your feedback…So a shop can spin negative feedback in their favor!
