Country Anthropology started in 2007 as an eclectic retail store located in the beautiful Hudson Valley area of NY selling antiques, furnishings and modern home decor. After a great 7 year run I decided to close my retail location to sell exclusively online.
As they say, once and antique junkie always an antique junkie, buying and selling is in my blood. The thrill of the hunt and the process of researching and photographing unusual treasures continues to fuel my passions as a crazy antique dealer.
I continue to live here in the beautiful Hudson River Valley where I search every farmhouse, barn, attic and flea markets to find rare folk art items.
