Announcement    All of my ceramics are painted in the 600 year old Italian Maiolica tradition. After hand painting and glazing they are then fired in my kiln to 1800 degrees Fahrenheit. Colors are permanent and will never fade. My ceramics are also food safe.

I have been trained in Italy, Holland, Garmany and France. My art is an Old World Technique revisited with all of its beauty and permanence intact.

I am always delighted to hear from you and if you have a special project, I'm here to help.

My hand painted ceramic tiles and ceramic Platters have appeared in
House Bautiful Magazine (August/September 2010).

I have always painted. I have been fortuante to have had the opportunity to take lessons from two of the great Maiolica Painters, Professor Nicola Boccini and Maestro Romano Raniery of Deruta, Umbria, Italy. http://ginaceramics.blogspot.com/
