Welcome to my shop, if you have any questions or concerns prior to purchasing, for shipping information or any custom orders you would like please feel free to contact me, I try my best to respond same day. Thank you very much.

Payment

PayPal preferred will need to register an account on etsy.
Direct checkout with credit card now available, no need to make an account.
Check or money order note will send out item once it has cleared.

Shipping

USPS or First class, Priority Mail whichever is most cost effective within the United States. If need sooner request priority mail & will let you know the additional shipping cost.
All packages are sent with delivery confirmation & most with insurance.
Please allow 6-8 weeks delivery for outside of U.S. sometimes customs delay deliveries.

Refunds and Exchanges

If any damages in shipping process please contact me I can repair in first 14 days of purchase. I pack each doll very carefully but anything can happen so please send me a note before posting any negative feedback, will definitely work with you. In the case of any lost packages by the USPS you will receive refund, after I contact & track package.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom Orders additional fees may be applied, please contact me for specific pricing. Lightboxes are also made to order & will have no additional fees.

Layaway plan for any dolls above $50.00 not including shipping cost.

Please note these dolls are not intended for children they are fragile & some dolls may have sharp objects.
